1Qián · The Creative乾Supreme success: perseverance in what is right brings reward.
2Kūn · The Receptive坤The perseverance of a mare brings good fortune. Do not lead — follow, and you will find guidance.
3Zhūn · Difficulty at the Beginning屯Success through perseverance. Undertake nothing yet; it furthers to appoint helpers.
4Méng · Youthful Folly蒙It is not I who seek the young fool; the young fool seeks me. The first oracle I answer; asking again is importunity.
5Xū · Waiting需Possessing sincerity: supreme success. Perseverance brings good fortune; it furthers to cross the great water.
6Sòng · Conflict訟Sincerity obstructed. Cautious halting halfway brings good fortune; pushing to the bitter end brings misfortune.
7Shī · The Army師Perseverance. With a seasoned leader — good fortune, no blame.
8Bǐ · Holding Together比Good fortune. Inquire of the oracle once more: if greatness, constancy and perseverance are there — no blame. Those who come too late meet misfortune.

9Xiǎo Chù · The Taming Power of the Small小畜Success. Dense clouds, no rain — they come from our western region.
10Lǚ · Treading履Tread on the tiger's tail — it does not bite: success.
11Tài · Peace泰The small departs, the great arrives: good fortune, success.
12Pǐ · Standstill否Evil people do not further the perseverance of the superior man. The great departs; the small approaches.
13Tóng Rén · Fellowship同人Fellowship in the open field: success. It furthers to cross the great water.
14Dà Yǒu · Possession in Great Measure大有Supreme success.
15Qiān · Modesty謙Success. The superior man carries things through.
16Yù · Enthusiasm豫It furthers to install helpers and to set armies marching.
17–24
17Suí · Following隨Supreme success: perseverance furthers. No blame.
18Gǔ · Work on What Has Been Spoiled蠱Supreme success. It furthers to cross the great water. Three days before the start, three days after the start.
19Lín · Approach臨Supreme success: perseverance furthers. When the eighth month comes, there will be misfortune.
20Guān · Contemplation觀The ablution has been made, but not yet the offering: full of trust, be grave and reverent.
21Shì Kè · Biting Through噬嗑Success. It is favorable to administer justice.
22Bì · Grace賁Success. In small matters it is favorable to undertake something.
23Bō · Splitting Apart剝It does not further to go anywhere.
24Fù · Return復Success. Going out and coming in without harm. Friends come without blame. The way goes back and forth: on the seventh day comes return.

25Wú Wàng · Innocence無妄Supreme success: perseverance furthers. Whoever is not as he should be meets misfortune.
26Dà Chù · The Taming Power of the Great大畜Perseverance furthers. Not eating at home brings good fortune. It furthers to cross the great water.
27Yí · Nourishment頤Perseverance brings good fortune. Observe the jaws: they themselves obtain what fills the mouth.
28Dà Guò · Preponderance of the Great大過The ridgepole sags. It furthers to have somewhere to go: success.
29Kǎn · The Abysmal坎If you are sincere, success is in the heart. Action brings esteem.
30Lí · The Clinging, Fire離Perseverance furthers: success. Care of the cow brings good fortune.
31Xián · Influence咸Success: perseverance furthers. To take a wife brings good fortune.
32Héng · Duration恆Success. No blame. Perseverance furthers; it furthers to have somewhere to go.
33–40
33Dùn · Retreat遯Success. In what is small, perseverance furthers.
34Dà Zhuàng · The Power of the Great大壯Perseverance furthers.
35Jìn · Progress晉The illustrious prince is presented with horses in great number, and received three times in one day.
36Míng Yí · Darkening of the Light明夷In adversity, perseverance furthers.
37Jiā Rén · The Family家人The perseverance of the woman furthers.
38Kuí · Opposition睽In small matters, good fortune.
39Jiǎn · Obstruction蹇The southwest furthers; the northeast does not. It furthers to see the great man.
40Xiè · Deliverance解The southwest furthers. If there is somewhere to go, hastening brings good fortune.
41–48
41Sǔn · Decrease損With sincerity — supreme good fortune, no blame. Even with two small bowls one may sacrifice.
42Yì · Increase益It furthers to have somewhere to go. It furthers to cross the great water.
43Guài · Breakthrough夬Proclaim it at the king's court. The truthful one is in danger. It does not further to take up arms.
44Gòu · Coming to Meet姤The maiden is powerful. Do not marry such a maiden.
45Cuì · Gathering Together萃Success. The king approaches his temple. It furthers to see the great man.
46Shēng · Pushing Upward升Supreme success. Fear not. Departure toward the south brings good fortune.
47Kùn · Oppression困Success. Perseverance. For the great man — good fortune. Words are spoken but not believed.
48Jǐng · The Well井The town may be changed, but the well cannot. It neither decreases nor increases. If the rope is too short, or the jug breaks — misfortune.
49–56
49Gé · Revolution革On your own day you are believed: supreme success. Remorse disappears.
50Dǐng · The Cauldron鼎Supreme good fortune. Success.
51Zhèn · The Arousing, Thunder震Success. Thunder comes — oh, oh! Then follows laughter — ha, ha. The thunder terrifies for a hundred miles, yet not a spoonful of the sacrificial wine is spilled.
52Gèn · Keeping Still, Mountain艮Keeping still at the back — one no longer feels one's body. Walking through the courtyard — one does not see the people. No blame.
53Jiàn · Development漸The maiden is given in marriage — good fortune. Perseverance furthers.
54Guī Mèi · The Marrying Maiden歸妹Undertakings bring misfortune. Nothing that furthers.
55Fēng · Abundance豐Success. The king attains it. Be not sad: be like the sun at midday.
56Lǚ · The Wanderer旅Success in what is small. To the wanderer, perseverance brings good fortune.
57–64
57Xùn · The Gentle, Wind巽Success in what is small. It furthers to have somewhere to go. It furthers to see the great man.
58Duì · The Joyous, Lake兌Success. Perseverance is favorable.
59Huàn · Dispersion渙Success. The king approaches his temple. It furthers to cross the great water.
60Jié · Limitation節Success. Galling limitation must not be persevered in.
61Zhōng Fú · Inner Truth中孚Even pigs and fishes — good fortune. It furthers to cross the great water.
62Xiǎo Guò · Preponderance of the Small小過Small things may be done; great things should not. The flying bird leaves its cry: one should not strive upward but downward. Then — great good fortune.
63Jì Jì · After Completion既濟Success. In small matters perseverance furthers. At the beginning good fortune; at the end, disorder.
64Wèi Jì · Before Completion未濟Success. The young fox, almost across, gets its tail wet. Nothing that would further.
