In short: the site keeps no accounts, asks for no email and stores none of your readings on its own servers.

What stays in your browser

The reading journal and the hexagram of the day are saved in your browser’s local storage. These records are never sent to a server and are visible to no one but you. You can delete them at any time with the «Clear journal» button or by clearing site data in your browser.

The question you type is processed only in the browser and is used to label a saved reading. It is not transmitted anywhere.

Statistics

The site may carry a visitor counter that collects anonymised technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referring source, pages viewed, time spent. These are used only in aggregate and do not identify visitors.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. A statistics counter may set them to distinguish repeat visits from first ones. You can block them in your browser; casting will keep working.

Third parties

Personal data is not sold, shared or published. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical information when a page loads.
